Emily Fisher is a community manager for two cycling brands, a content creator (@Emily_Rose_Runs), and an endurance athlete, who balanced full-time work with the demands of her first Ironman in Copenhagen. In Summer 2026, I worked with Emily to create a three-minute documentary film for her social media and YouTube, ahead of the race on 16th August. The aim was to show, through her own words alone, that the person behind the training is as compelling as any result on the day. The project included a single 30-minute interview and a series of b-roll shots filmed while she trained in Richmond Park, cut together to give her 35,000 followers a more intimate connection with her story and with the self-belief she has had to build slowly over years. The film has since reached over 16,000 views on Instagram.
